FAQs

How soon will my order ship?

Most items will ship within 3-4 business days. All prints are made-to-order. I print 8”x10” and 11”x14” prints myself, but order larger ones from a local printer. Please allow up to seven business days for large prints to ship.

What are your shipping policies?

Domestic: I typically ship prints via USPS 1st class mail or priority. I typically ship paintings via UPS Ground. Please let me know if you need expedited shipping and I will be happy to provide a quote. “Regular” shipping is always free. Please note: Paintings that are larger than 3’x5’ or 4’x4’ will require crating and freighting, which is an additional charge.

International: Prints ship via USPS first class mail for $25. Please be advised that your country may charge an import or VAT tax. I am happy to estimate shipping charges for paintings.

I pack all my shipments with care and cannot be responsible for damage caused in transit.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

I do not offer returns or exchanges. However, I want all my customers to be thrilled with their purchases, so please don’t hesitate to let me know if something isn’t right.
