Oklahoma September Drive

This is a 30"x40"painting from a photo I took while driving from Enid, Oklahoma to Abilene, Texas in September 2015, for a shower for the first baby of our good friends. I was driving by myself after work and the clouds for the entire drive were absolutely unreal. I watched this particular formation for what seemed like hundreds of miles as the colors changes and softened.

This painting is signed on the front and back, signed and ready to hang. I painted the sides a soft lavender to match the clouds.
