Headlights on the Highway
This is an original 6"x6" painting on a 1" deep wood panel. I painted this from a photo I took in May 2016 in Enid, OK. I was out chasing clouds. Over the course of a couple hours, I captured countless photos as the clouds changed. This bank of clouds was notable for the pinks and oranges in it. I loved the way the wheat -- almost ready for harvest -- looked in the evening light.
This painting can stand up on its own -- perfect on a desk, bookshelf or dresser -- or can hang from a nail.
