This painting is inspired by a flight my husband and I took for an anniversary picnic. We flew from Aurora, Oregon, to Nehalem Bay State Park in Manzanita, Oregon. When we took off from the little air strip, we flew low over the beautiful Oregon Coast. The golden, evening light was so pretty on the hills and it really made the water sparkle.
